I thought this was gonna be made in China although think China makes a lot of great things. What a nice surprise it's made in USA and is bigger and heavier than I thought it was gonna be. It's made of thick solid steel on the bottom, sides, top and bottom front and sturdy plastic knob and plastic middle front. The main 3 switches are steel as pictured. 99 Presets sound just like the songs when you sing the actual sings like 'Payphone' by Maroon Five or 'Bad Romance' by Lady Gaga and many more big modern hits and classics. I used to have the TC Helicon Voicelive Play GTX which has 200 instead of 99 presets. The guitar effects completely sucked.I'm glad this Digitech doesn't have any guitar effects. I used to think the presets on the TC Helicon were really good, but I definitely think the presets on this Digitech is about 3-5% better sounding and easier to use interface and layout. I finally found my favorite nearly perfect live and studio vocal effects unit. I've been singing for 24 years in several bands.

I own a TC Helicon voicelive play vocal processor and have been reasonably impressed with the results I get with it, but I wanted this unit because of it's Lexicon and dbx Technology. I'm not much of a singer and this vocal processor is a step above the other processors I have owned and used, both in quality of effects and ease of use......it is my go to vox processor now...I've only use it for home studio recording and small room PA use.......but it sounds like a champ and the price was more than reasonable..especially with the payment plans. Never needed support but gave it a 5 because I don't feel I'll need it and guys how about giving an option on support for haven't needed or use it?

To date I have had little time to play with all the settings. I just turned it on and did some basics. The device is easy to use and has a very good sound.
