So far so good. Feel like a few other options could have been added.. but for the price. I'm willing to deal with it. I'm still very satisfied with its ability to record a riff, or series of phrases that over 5 minutes.
Sound
I've heard people mention that it colors their sound muddy and such.. but I've heard no such. Plays back what I record. Sounds great through a half stack, testing new riffs.
Features
I give it a 7 because the metal clickers are a bit loud. This won't be issue if you're just playing guitar. But if you're recording vocals, or miking your amp.. it may pick it up. Also, I wish the pedal had the ability to use the record slots to turn off or turn on the loops together in real time...to layer the individual loop tracks. It only allows for one recorded loop slot to play (but you can play this loop and record over it, saving and deleting.. but only as long as the first recorded loop.)
Ease of Use
I'd say it's tricky at first. Just follow the instructions and mess with it. It comes quick after that.
Quality
It is built really well, feels solid. The only problem I have with the construction is the metal clickers, wish they were quieter.
Value
For a musician who writes, having this pedal on your board with your other effects is really handy for catching a moment/tones and archiving it. With expandable memory options, you can keep saving your ideas and trying things out. Having the ability to do two foot stomps and record a riff while I'm playing in stereo is pretty nice.
Manufacturer Support
So far, haven't had to call anybody. I've had it for about 2 or 3 weeks now.
The Wow Factor
It is a nice addition to my setup, indeed.

"GOOD SOUND, SOLID and RELIABLE"

It will serve me well for a while - the only caveat being the lack of a footswitch controlled store function. Easy to carry and sturdy. Excellent for gigs.
Sound
Good sounding unit - doesn't degrade signals from/to any of its inputs/outputs.
Features
Strangely enough, they did NOT provide for a FOOTSWITCH STORE function! So, you have to bend down and push the store button by hand. Very bizarre since there is an ext. switch input - but, it controls only the reverse which to me is worthless. I hope they come up with a firmware that allows to store loops via footswitch.
Ease of Use
Super easy to use and control (except for the store function mentioned earlier). Clearly labeled knobs and intuitive interface.
Quality
Very well made - for some reason they omitted the ON/OFF switch which I find annoying.
Value
Little overpriced for what it does but, still a good unit.
Manufacturer Support
N/A never had to use support

Pros: You can do vocal and guitar loops simultaneously with the XLR connection, the interface is easy to use, wouldn't be afraid to use this in a live setting, the sound quality doesn't degrade as you add loops, stereo options, durable pedal, you can create multiple loops and transfer seemlessly between them once you figure out the timing, there are options to change rhythm of your loop without changing the pitch, you can essentially be your own band with this litle gadget, the reverse option is a lot of fun. Cons: I'd like to see more storage space at this price, if you buy the optional memory card expect to shell out fifty more dollars. My number one complaint is that you can only remove the last loop you recorded so this means you can't keep eliminating your loops until you are back to the original loop you made. A way around this is to always store your original loop in a seperate location, but its just inconvenient. If you mess up and accidentally record something you didn't mean to record you are stuck with it unless you want to redo everything. The rhythm tracks are basically worthless. Even if you try to use them it is really tricky to start and stop your loop in the correct timing using the robotic beat and this wasn't because it was hard to stay on the beat. It was just hard to figure out where to start and stop to make it work seamlessly with the rhythm so that it all played continuously and lopped on beat (if that makes sense). I tried using the beat for a song that had a tricky tempo and didn't have much luck with it. If you need a beat to go by, you are better off banging out the tempo you want to use on your guitar and working it that way. This is a very minor issue though and perhaps you'd have more luck with it than me. I think you need to pay attention to the lights to know when the rhythm is starting and stopping, but maybe you'll have more luck with it. Overall I don't think you'll do much better at this price unless you can luck up and score a used Boomerang on the cheap which is unlikely.

I'm enjoying the JamMan Stereo as a recreational musician but there are a couple of frustrating limitations. The start and stop foot switches are too loud. For acoustic instruments and voice the clicks are picked up by the mic. The second is the software functionality - The free JamManager software will not download the recordings either from the built-in memory or the optional SD card. her is no detailed user manual for the SW and I have not received any response to 2 online requests from Digitech. Other Online reviews match my experience.
