I got this because of a band that I know is coming in a couple months and they'll need 4 DI channels. Instead of messing around with a bunch of single channel units, I bought this instead. The picture shown isn't the same. It has black level knobs, but still has the same functions as the one pictured. One thing I noticed, and it's a minor gripe, is that the box has no on/off switch. So, at the end of the night I have to unplug the unit. Not a huge deal, just would of been nice to leave it plugged in and turn it on or off.Sound quality is great. I have plugged into aux inputs straight from the guitar to our Behringer X32 board and I think it sounds better through the DI box. I also have attenuation switches for hot sources, so it's easier to handle than straight to aux inputs. Also, I do not have any grounding hum going through the DI box since the single is taken from the box to the board via XLR.
