Bought this from zZounds when the price dropped, thought it would be a good backup to my Blues Jr. Wow, is all I can say...Great sparkly rich clean tone that can be pushed with OD button unto some classic rock, think ZZ Top, Led Zep or Bad Company. This amp sounds so much bigger than the BJ and the cabs are the same size! My new number one...

This amp has the Sound of higher end amps if dialed in right..The boost button will get you into classic rock territory instantly..and the clean channel has a nice warm jazz sound played thru a neck pickup single or humbucker. The amp takes pedals very nicely..finally a nice place to put the delay pedal..I placed a Condenser mic AT 2020 in front of it and was able to get a nice recording at lower volumes..the reverb is really subtle to first class in sound..

Very nice pedal platform. Do not waste your time listening to YouTube videos of this amp. They don’t do it justice and in some cases make it sound crappy. On the clean channel I keep the master on full and the preamp volume around 1:00 o’clock. Gives a full, rich tone, underlying harmonics, and nice pic dynamics. From there it’s OD and distortion pedal heaven. I don’t bother with the boost channel since I can get everything I need from the clean and I’m just playing in the house. However, with the boost engaged it can be very loud if needed.

I’ve had it for a little over a month and it has served me so well on gigs so far. Warm sound and takes pedals well. I’d recommend for the price, you can’t get tube amps at that price and quality elsewhere in my humble opinion. Foot switch is horrible but that doesn’t bother me much.
