I will probably supplement this amp with some different speaker cabs, but beyond that, I don't see myself replacing it any time soon. If this one ends up lost or stolen, I'd definitely purchase this amp a second time to replace it. I picked this amplifier because I needed a nice tube amp, but I didn't want to buy one from a company that would charge a lot just because the name. Blackheart made a good quality amp, and they're selling it at a good price.
Sound
Loud. Very loud. The volume goes higher than I can bear when standing near it. This is a good thing. Also, it sounds nice. Great quality sound, and with the Treble/Mid/Bass controls, I can tweak it just right. It sounds awesome when overdriven, but I don't push it that hard, I use a pedal for distortion.
Features
It has everything a basic combo amp would need. Treble/Mid/Bass controls, 3/5 watt switch, and of course the standard volume control. Moreover, it has the output jacks for various speaker cabs. The built in speaker is attached through the 16 ohm jack, so you can disconnect it and use the whole thing as a five-watt head for a louder or quieter speaker, if necessary.
Ease of Use
Pretty straightforward. Lobotomy patients would be able to use it correctly with no trouble.
Quality
No issue with quality. Everything came in perfect shape, and it feels very sturdy. Quality materials were used in its construction.
Value
Definitely worth it's selling price, especially considering that it's a tube amp. Good sound, good quality construction, and has all the necessary features. Blackheart definitely produced a good value with this one, considering Marshall charges considerably more for a similar quality amplifier.
Manufacturer Support
I haven't had to contact them.
The Wow Factor
Aside from the logo (sorry Blackheart, I'm just not digging it), everything looks nice. I actually took the logo off (it's screwed into place, and without it, I like the look better than any other amplifier I've seen. As far as desirability, it won't be as desirable as a Marshall would, but that's only because of the name. But then again, a name doesn't make the music any better or worse.

Can't see getting rid of this amp anytime soon. Even if I need to go to something larger in the future, I would keep this around for practice.
Sound
Great tone. Glad I went with a small amp that has a 12-inch speaker. You can't get this kind of sound with the smaller boxes.
Features
The fact that it accommodates different external speaker configurations is great.
Ease of Use
Simple. Plug and play.
Quality
Built solid. Fit and finish are superb.
Value
As good as any in this price range.
Manufacturer Support
The way this is built, doubt that I'll ever need any support from them.
The Wow Factor
In my opinion, one of the best looking amps on the market. All top grade materials and built with attention to detail. Gotta love the Blackheart logo as well (just wish that was made of metal rather than plastic).

"Blackheart Combo..Great Tone...Easy to use"

Sound
It does not get much simpler than this amp. But that is why I bought it. It is what it is and does it well. Great clean tones, classic overdrive sound. I prefer the overdrive with a good pedal in front of it, but that is just me. Pretty damn loud too for 5/3 watts. Combo is a little bass heavy once you turn it up past 4, but roll back on the bass knob and you are back to rock!
Features
Basic and easy to dial in a good tone
Quality
Surprisingly heavy and well constructed for the $..these are going to go up in price very soon..
Value
You are not going to do any better at this point in time..
Manufacturer Support
not sure yet
The Wow Factor
