I expect to be satisfied with this pedal for quite some time. I will obviously supplement it with other pedals, but I probably won't ever end up replacing this pedal.
Sound
The sound quality of this product is quite good. Hooking it up to my effects chain actually lowered the amount of noise I was getting, for some reason. It sounds like it should sound, as well. I don't really have any need for the harmony function, but you can make many different unique and interesting sounds if you play with the dials.
Features
It has all the features I need, especially given its price. I find the Tremolo arm simulation to be quite entertaining to mess with, and the Flutter mode makes it so you don't have to move your foot up and down to simulate a rapidly-moving tremolo arm. I do wish it had come with a power supply, but no pedal I've seen comes with one. An included battery would've been nice too, but you can't have everything, especially with a low-priced pedal.
Ease of Use
It's fairly easy to use, all the dials are labeled properly and clearly. Also, it has a reference chart for the Harmony setting printed right alongside the dials.
Quality
The product seems to have no quality-control issues, and doesn't feel prone to breakage. It his made out of plastic, however, and probably wouldn't stand up to being stomped on repeatedly. Strong enough for normal, reasonable use, but it's not a tank.
Value
Definitely worth what I paid for it. Compared to similar items, it's definitely a lot lower in price (with reasonably lower construction quality), but if you can't afford something ridiculously high-end, spring for this.
Manufacturer Support
I haven't needed to contact them.
The Wow Factor
It would appear to be something fun to play with, even if you're not using it to actually make music (try hooking it up to a keyboard), and it is. But it's also a practical tool to have.
