I'm fussy about my tone and I was happy with it in 2 minutes. I told my friends and they all bought one.
Sound
This pedal gives you everything from tube amp brown out to a nice smooth mild distortion without the mushy bass some expensive pedals give. You can set it so that there is almost no change in your overall tone to an edgy overdrive. Overall great tone. Stick this in the front end of your classic Fender or Ampeg amp and you've got all you'll ever need. If you want toneless shredding then go buy something else. This thing has tone. It's also very quiet.
Features
Simple controls, and the tone control has a nice midrange punch so you don't need separate controls.
Ease of Use
Plug it in, dial in your tone and overdrive amount and set the volume and you're done.
Quality
Plastic case so don't throw it against the wall or use it for a hammer. It's also one of the most quiet distortion pedals I've ever played. No hum.
Value
Best value out there. Compared to other pedals this is a steal!
Manufacturer Support
Don't know because it hasn't broken. Although in the past Behringer has always fixed anything that went out. But for under 25 bucks who cares? Throw it out and buy another, which is exactly what I'll do because this is a killer pedal.
The Wow Factor
Sexy tone, cool looking lavender color, quiet operation. Hey! Who could ask for more?

@ days after the purchase of this product I purchased the TS 7 bbecause the construction and engineering surpass the BO100. Sound wise they are very comparable but I like my effects to out live their usefulness.
Sound
The BO100 competes with other blues overdrive effects which I also own. The quality of sound is sweet and transparent and responds naturally to my playing style whether it is blues or rock, just like a tube amp. I am impressed with the versatility and it works well in my chain of effects which are Dan Electro chorus, TS 7, BO 100 and cry baby Peavey Classic 20 and occasionally Crate RFX 15. Combining this product with other overdrives or distortions only adds more saturation, useful if you need it.
Features
The transformer should be included but is not. It works well with both of my Ibanez blues guitars as well as my mid 80's Kramer.
Ease of Use
Pretty cut and dried as far as selecting the tones you are seeking, just dial em in and play.
Quality
The construction is standard, however the plastic is questionable; especially the foot switch which houses the battery. There is no extra beef there and the hinge points will be where the product fails, if this part was metal that would eliminate this oncoming disaster as the weakest point always breaks and in this case the effect will no longer be useful.
Value
Bang for the buck is there and we all work within budgets. This product will be useful for various projects and it all depends on the type of use. Live performance will obviously wear out the hinge point fast. I suggest AC to operate this product.
Manufacturer Support
Over the years and with the many Behringer products I own, I have never had a failure of any kind.
The Wow Factor
Looks like a floor effect to me and unlike my girlfriend it cannot dress for the ocassion, what ever that might be....
