"I have dreamed of having an Ampeg tube amp since I was a kid and could not afford it. I though well it is still an Ampeg so I'll"

Why would you replace it. I have used mine in clubs with room for 50 people to ones that would hold 500 and I sounds great at low volume or rumbling. I haven't had to turn it past 4 yet.
Sound
This amp is awesome! I had a Peavey 450 head and of course it had the transistor amp hum. This amp makes no noise at all! Will sound any way you want it to. I'm in a bar band and use a Peavey 4/10 and a 1/15 and it sounds great! You can feel the sound. I hope to get the Ampeg versions of the two cabinets I have. I have been playing bass for over 30 years and this is my dream head.
Features
Who needs accessories, its all in the head.
Ease of Use
The factory suggested settings get just about any sound you would need with little tweaking. The manual is short and to the point.
Quality
The amp arrived in perfect condition and ready to go. I have had no problems at all. I don't see ever having to replace it.
Value
This amp is every bit as good as the tube head at 2/3's the price. Combines the best of both worlds, the punch of the tubes with the power of the solid state, without the hum!
Manufacturer Support
Had no need to contact them.
The Wow Factor
All I have to say is, "its an Ampeg"! Who cares what it looks like.

I don't see ever having to replace this amp. I am in a bar band and whether it can seat 100 people or 1,000 this one has the power for both. It sounds great whether you are running it at low volume or on 10, the tone quality remains the same.
Sound
Great amp. The best of both worlds. Tube preamp with the power of the solid state power amp. If you pay the $1,000 you are getting ripped off.
Features
You can get many different sounds whether you play clean or want some growl. Solid state power without the noise and hum that many have. It is really nice to be able to let go of my bass without that hum that so many solid state amps have.
Ease of Use
The user manual has some basic set-ups that give you a good starting point. Very simple to understand.
Quality
How can you say anything but great. The legendary sound and quality of an Ampeg without having to spend a ton of money.
Value
Great value even at the $1,100 retail.
Manufacturer Support
Have not had to deal with them.
The Wow Factor
Ampeg is the king of bass amps. I don't care what an amp looks like, the important thing is the sound and power.
