Would replace it ............but I would get the 50 watt head .
Sound
It is one of the best sounding amps I have ever played or gigged with. Played a couple of gigs through a 2x12 Carvin Cab. With my American delux strat and my Frankitele with humbucker pups, I was able to get the tones I needed without being able to dial in the amp. It arrived on thur. and I gigged fri/sat. When I finally did have time to work with it.............OMG! Awsome clean crunch and A Joe Bonnamassa type tone. Its all available. Regardless of pups you have uber-options..........I play blues rock and all my amps are fender.. bassman, twin, super... So Im stoked with this Marshall hybrid..........Beautiful build and quality components....... The sounds on the NAMM clips are only a fraction of what is available .
Features
Components are all top quality..........Especially like the footswitch. Love the seperate drive/ gain and vol for each channel.
Ease of Use
Well.....there will be a learning curve for me....... cause each my my guitars will take time for me to dial them in.........experiment with it. There are many options to tweek.
Quality
Seems well built.............its heavy and not sure how the handle will hold up. Would like to have a dust cover for it and will be ordering one soon. My fingers are crossed about the durability/ reliability.........
Value
I feel real lucky as I got this refurb. for $650 !!!
