Have played this bass for 2 months now. I really like the dynamics that can be extracted from this instrument. It responds with HD punch. I play in ADGCF, and had to do the usual setup: a bit more relief, action raised 1/2 turn, string length increased. Still using the stock string set, it doesn't slap the frets too bad, especially playing back by the bridge. Nice 35" scale keeps the tension up. Schecter does it again. Almost as much fun as the original Steinberger 5 I used back a few decades.

Musical Background:

60 years since my first guitar, still in love.

Musical Style:

Harder-edged Rock, Funk, and Metal. My era was mostly 70s- 90s as a performer, now just one- offs and studio fun.
