RFX 412 Stereo Volume CV Pan Pedal
Use this American-made pedal as either a mono or stereo volume pedal, a control voltage/expression pedal, or a stereo panning pedal. The 412 features new, heavy, rugged steel construction but is compact for easy storage and transport. Covered by a full 1 year warranty.

The RFX412 is a compact yet rugged heavy steel (.090CRS) Stereo Volume pedal with the added features of Panning and Voltage Control (100k ohms resistance). The unit is ideal for guitarists and keyboardists who need to control the level of their stereo signal and the CC inputs on the RFX1288. The panning feature takes in a mono signal and pans it to either of the outputs. Many keyboards have expression pedal inputs requiring resistance controllers to vary certain functions - the RFX412 covers all these needs.

I have been using these pedals for over six years since they first came out as the 402P and the later improvement, 412. I have never had a pivot failure, only resistor whear and wiper arm wire failure. If I am playing a 4 Hr gig, it is used for 4 hours, I am very dependant on this pedal in my setup. I use it to switch seamlessly between clean and distorted tones.
Sound
Passes sound with no problems
Ease of Use
No brainer just make sure of which setting you are using, pan or volume.
Quality
Metal but a little fragile. I always carry a spare because the wiper arm wire can break mid-gig.
Value
For the money it has been great.
Manufacturer Support
I have dealt with support on several occasions and they have been very eager to help. They even sent me some replacement wiper arm wires NC whe I called them for a replacement.
