Studio Magic Plug-in Bundle Included

SPL Attacker is a micro-plug-in that employs the same Differential Envelope processing technique as SPL's famed Transient Designer. Using SPL Attacker, all attack events can be amplified, regardless of their signal level. By focusing on the initial transient instead of specific frequencies, SPL Attacker amplifies just the attack curves of a sound event. This allows instruments to be mixed at lower levels, which opens up space in the mix, while the relationship between tracks is preserved.

Maag Audio EQ2 delivers the sound of the Maag read more Audio EQ2 two-band hardware equalizer. Maag Audio's EQ design allows for exceptionally low phase shift across all EQ adjustments, which helps maintain the integrity of your mix's original sound while enhancing the very high "air" frequencies. An input attenuator lets you normalize levels after applying EQ.

Lexicon MPX-i Reverb delivers seven classic Lexicon plate, hall, chamber, and room reverbs. A streamlined interface and 100 versatile, finely crafted presets enable you to quickly get the sound you want. Input and output metering let you monitor levels at a glance.

Klanghelm SDRR2tube can add warmth, depth and character to your tracks. SDRR2tube can be a saturation processor, a compressor, an EQ, a bit-crusher, or a subtle stereo widener -- or it can simply add movement to your tracks. A comprehensive set of controls enables you to manipulate the character of the saturation to make it sit perfectly in your mix.

Output Movement is an exciting effects plug-in for the studio or stage that adds powerful rhythms to any input in real-time. Movement's four rhythm engines with sidechains, proprietary Flux mode, LFOs, step sequencers, and macros blend seamlessly. Analog modeled effects optimized for modulation let you add rhythm with reverb and compressors pumping, filters and EQs opening and closing, delays morphing, and tube distortion warming and cooling. Transform any instrument, synth, raw sound or full track in real time!

Brainworx bx_opto is a compressor plug-in that combines the best aspects and anomalies from several legendary, light-dependent compressor circuits. The result is a powerful dynamics processor, teeming with character and delivering sounds that can't be achieved with analog optical compressors.

This makes my third PreSonus Mixer I have purchased from zZounds. 16.0.2, 24.4.2 AI, and now this one. With every purchase I become more of a PreSonus and zZounds fan. I have a small studio where I track live drums, Guitar, bass, keys and vocals. Sixteen analog inputs are more than enough to get the job done. If not you can pick up a RM16 and AVB to this mixer and have thirty two analog inputs, or AVB a Motu Interface. This mixer comes with outstanding onboard DSP to have 1176-ish and 1073-ish eq's and compressors on every input, and they sound phenomenal. The new A/D and D/A converters sound very good as well, with 118 DB of headroom it takes a lot to make them sound distorted if you can at all. I have a Dangerous Music D-Box and the sound quality is on par with those converters. I purchased the D-box to add depth to the mixes I was doing in the box and it worked. Just to trial the sound of the board itself upon arrival I bypassed the Dangerous Music D-box and used the StudioLive 16 Ver 3 as my interface and my D/A converter. I have not hooked the D-Boxback up yet. I have been mixing sending the tracks from the DAW to the mixer and printing back the stereo sum with all effects and eq printed. With the 16 V3 you can individually mix 32 tracks of DAW output and it sounds as deep or deeper than the analog summing I was doing with the D-Box from Dangerous Music. Yes I know that this is not Analog summing then, but who cares if you get a finished product that sounds the read more way you or your clients want to hear it. This board is extremely easy to get to know. When I am tracking drums, I can control the entire mixer from an iPad attached to a mic stand. For live shows you have the ability to have two different settings for every channel on the mixer and switch during the song or between the songs. The four different built in effects have their own mix that is easy to get to quickly and make changes (plus the reverbs and delays are excellent State Space models of analog studio gear). If you are interested in doing live shows and home recording you cannot go wrong here. PreSonus got it right here and I am extremely please with the performance and price thus far. Also; if you do not have a DAW, you will register you purchase with PreSonus and get a free version of their StudioOne V3, software. All of the software to connect to your computer mac or windows, and the control software to control the mixer from an iPad or cell phone Apple or Android. But it all goes back to the sound, and you will not be disappointed. Full Disclosure; The first board they shipped me had a faulty headphone amp in it. The wonderful folks at zZounds, replaced it within five days and I was back up and running these folks are incredible.
