Features
Power Shifter: 3 position movable footboards change the feel of the pedals from heavy, regular, and light.

Quadbeater: 2 plastic and 2 felt faces. Point or line contact with the head. Four distinctly different sounds are possible.

Roller cam hoop clamp: Side mounted for easy attachment and removal of the pedals.

Uni-pressure spring clamp: Allows infinite beater angles.

Floating spring pendulum: Attaches to the rocker cam "in-line" (not off to the side). Significantly improves "waggle" (the number of times the beater oscillates before stopping). Roller bearing assisted.

Low mass aluminum drive shaft: Low mass greatly improves speed and reduces inertia (instantly follows your foot with zero lag time).

I don't think that I will buy another double bass pedal for the coming period. This one is good enough for the coming years.
Sound
The pedals are very fast and easy to use for a reasonable price. What else do you want?
Features
You can change everything you want (for each pedal separate).
Quality
It's a very solid pedal and I think it will not give any problem when I will use it for all kinds of performances.
Value
It's worth every euro I paid for it!
Manufacturer Support
Pearl is a good company when you will get some problems. Once I had a problem with one of my stand. I went to the store and after one phonecall Pearl had sent the part to 'my' shop.
The Wow Factor
It looks a little bit old-fashioned, but it does it's job very well!
