I'm a very casual, intermediate drummer and these cymbals have been great for me. I used to have the Sabian AAX pack a few years back but had to sell my drums. So now that I've rebuilt a kit, I opted for these. The Sabians admittedly sounded a little better (better tones in my opinion), but for a heavy discount, these sound great. Bright, loud. I mainly play Rock and Metal. The best cymbal in the pack is the 16" crash. Phenomenal. And I'm having a hard time picking the first one to upgrade. They all very well-rounded.
