This product performed well for 6 months, then one of the Onyx channels wouldn't fully open, causing a whole channel of stereo to cut out and get tainted with noise. Support was helpful and sent a replacement. On the replacement, the same issue affects the other stereo Onyx input channel, and in general the unit sends audio pops when channels are activated and deactivated. On each unit, only the 1/4" TRS inputs work, and "what's the point?" at this point? So I'm shopping for a new audio interface, one where I can preferably maintain my XLR signal path from stage mixers to monitor speakers.
