Saddle Juice is a PTFE based coating that is supplied in an easy to apply brush top bottle. Before you change your strings you can take a small amount of coating and wipe it on your saddle. It dries very quickly, is clear and colorless. There's no mess and it does not affect the sound of your strings in any way. On the contrary, Saddle Juice actually enhances your sound and performance. Less friction means longer string resonance time.

After Saddle Juice dries, the coating microscopically lubricates the surface between the string and saddle. This lubrication helps tremendously in that very unforgiving metal to metal junction.

Strings last longer since there is a smoother saddle surface. Many times, your saddle will have small burrs or metal imperfections in them and Saddle Juice helps the string from getting caught up and wearing out.
