Quality
Overall quality is very good. The only thing I did not like about the case is the lock. It comes with a lock which, in my book is great, but the clasp is so flimsy I am reluctant to check it into luggage on an airplane. When locked, the clasp can be easily flipped up and off its metal post with little difficulty. The lock is good to keep kids and birds out but not much else. I do like the construction of the product. It is rigid and durable and will protect a guitar for years to come.
