JBL EON 1500 Passive PA Speaker

The EON 1500 combines legendary JBL EON sound quality with great transportability. Light weight (only 38 lbs!) and ergonomically designed handles (balanced to the box's center of gravity) have taken the grunt work out of setting up for the gig. And EON's unique multi-angle enclosure gives you flexibility -- use EON 1500 in these applications:

Front-of-house PA speaker -- floor-standing or pole mounted

Floor monitor with dual angles

For fixed installation EON 1500 includes integral threaded inserts that allow mounting using optional brackets. A wall mount bracket (BRK1) will position EON 1500 at 20 or 30 degrees when mounted to a wall. A fully adjustable bracket (BRK4-15) supports mounting from wall or ceiling at nearly any angle.

I own 3 pairs. That should say something about the overall quality of this speaker. Reliable, great sounding, lightweight, durable, and nice looking. Nothing better. I am a mobile DJ and this is the only speaker I will ever use.
Sound
Awesome sound quality with good bass and clear, warm midtones. Highs can get a bit trebly but can be EQ'd to suit your taste. Excellent for indoor and outdoor applications.
Features
Nice lightweight cabinet that stands up well to road warrior use. Has molded handle for easy transport and comes with mounting screws for optional flying bracket.
Ease of Use
Doesn't get any easier than this one. I have a little 5'3" girl DJ who mounts these on speaker stands no problem.
Quality
JBL says it all. Extreme quality and uniform from speaker to speaker.
