The proprietary material in Graph Tech String Saver saddles helps strings resist breaks, and dampens frequencies around 2 kHz to reveal other highs and mids.

The PS-8000-00 is a perfect upgrade or replacement set of saddles for your Strat-style or Tele-style guitar. They have a center intonation screw and a 2-1/16" string spacing.

The PS-8000-F0 saddles have a center intonation screw and a 2-3/16" string spacing, and are made to fit vintage instruments.

String Saver Originals are made entirely of Graph Tech's String Saver material and give you a more balanced tone than steel saddles. On first listen, some people believe that the top end has gone away. All that is missing is the 2 kHz spike; what's added opens up a whole new world of sonic possibilities! Once your ears get used to the new sound, you will start to hear all the added harmonic content that String Saver Saddles reveal.

Included with each set is an extra set of slightly longer intonation screws to be used with a Telecaster.
