I just received the instrument and played it for a few hours. Cosmetically, It is flawless. It has a flamed maple top with a figured natural binding that looks beautiful. The fret work is impeccable, the playability is fast, and the guitar is lighter than I expected. The guitar has more sustain than my les Paul. It is naturally very resonant. The pickups are phenomenal and musical. This easily plays as well as my suhr. It came out of of the box in tune and properly intonated. I have a progression boutique that I purchased a decade ago as a guitar to beat on. That guitar along with this one have blown my expectations away. Godin certainly knows how to build guitars that offer significant appointments and craftsmanship that rivals other boutique manufacturers. Thank you for providing me with this wonderful instrument.
