Gibson Les Paul Studio Electric Guitar (with Soft Case)

Gibson Les Paul Studio Electric Guitar (with Soft Case)

While less flashy than the Standard, the Les Paul Studio still packs a major tonal punch. The classic combo of 490R and 498T pickups offers incredible sound.

I got this as a gift for my birthday from my husband and I love it. A lot of complaints for Gibson quality from people but I have only nice things to say. Plays like a dream, fret ends are dressed and lovely and fit and finish was better than most guitars I’ve own. I’ve always been a glossy neck only fan but these thin satin without the wood filler finishes are nice, kinda like a warwick thumb or something just real nice. Pickups are articulate and sounds great for jazz to death metal. Sounds grand with a high amount of gain. Cleans up better than a lot of pickups while still being full. Depending on your choice of amp you can play any genre with it and I think the sound is lovely just remember to boost because the mini humbucker still need a little more help when it come to the metal sounds. With this guitar coming in a package from the mail and playing and sounding this good I’m a Gibson believer now.
