The Gibson HP 835 Supreme is the ultimate instrument for the player wanting to step up to a professional-level acoustic guitar that is recording ready straight out of the box. At first glance the 835 Supreme looks like a true Custom Shop instrument. Details like hand-bound ivoroid binding encompassing the rosewood veneered headstock, truss rod cover-with inlaid rosewood center, fingerboard binding, top and back trim, and heel cap set this model apart right from the start! The modern single parallelogram design is refined one step further with a framed gold mother-of-pearl inlay centerpiece, hand inlaid into the flatter radius rosewood fingerboard.

The slim body depth allows for a more comfortable feel while the rosewood back and sides create a vibrant sound, with natural warmth and bass. What really separates the HP 835 Supreme is the LR Baggs Sessions VTC pickup system, engineered to be a professional, recording-ready pickup with a unique EQ circuitry inside. Plugged in the HP 835 Supreme sounds perfectly balanced and natural when used as a direct line in a recording studio or in a live recording setting.
