First the disclaimer.....I just received my Gibson ES-LP bass yesterday so haven't had a lot of time to play it. I have played various models of Fender and Gibson basses since 1967. Bearing in mind that the "bloom is still on the rose", I can truthfully say that this bass is in a completely different league. The action, sound, semi-hollow body weight, looks and balance justify the decision to buy it. Well done Gibson. Well done zZounds for the ease of doing business you. The level of service was all I could ask for.

Musical Background:

Playing since 1964. Played professionally 1965-1972. Play in church praise band 1981 to present.

Musical Style:

60's & 70's Rock, a bit of country, contemporary Christian
