I have six high end Martins and Taylors at multiples of the price of this one, in a bunch of different materials and sizes, but this is the acoustic that I play most. I was able to set it up with very low string heights making it very easy to play. Big, smooth, sound. Big box, but feels smaller. Elx just sound great. I just love this thing. I've got the blue one. If you're looking for rich overtones and more jangle, get a Taylor or Martin. If you looking for more fundamental tones, this one is hard to beat. This one sounds more like a solid mahogany guitar.

Musical Background:

Closet guitar player for decades. Play with others 4-8 times a month.

Musical Style:

These days, jazz standards.
