"Trion 6000 multipattern condensor microphone Quick Review"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
I have bought alot of expensive equipment over the years but the one thing I have not replaced is this microphone, I say if something works great why pay more for something different that might not work as well.
Sound
An excellent price for a very extremely well made microphone. The high end clarity is especially helpful for professional studio recordings. You will also find the the cardiod pattern settings are very useful for live recordings. A 48v. Phantom power is required but many mixers have this option available.
Features
The metal/wooden case with soundproof material and shockmount work excellent in protecting it in any environment.
Ease of Use
Simple and easy to use, just plug it in, switch on the phantom power, and adjust your volume as you like.
Quality
I've had this microphone for almost 4 years and I have never had any problems with it at all.
Value
Overall in my opinion there is no better microphone available anywhere near this price range.
The Wow Factor
Simple but beautiful metal alloy finish.
