Everything was included. It felt like Christmas when all the packages arrived at my door.
Quality:
Everything was made to perfection. I don't see this breaking within 3 years unless somebody drops the mixer or something. The speakers are heavy. You usually need 2 people to put them on the stands but I do it myself because I like setting it up by myself so I know where everything is.
Value:
Its valuable.
Desirability:
Its orgasmic. I mean, when all of the pretty lights turn on the mixer, its like a stripper in my house.
Sound:
The sound is good, but the only thing is that the white noise is terrible, but when you are playing through it you can't even notice it. The microphones are decent and the 15 inch woofers are awesome. If you need a lot of bass, these speakers are the way to go.
Ease of Use:
I gave this a 7 because when you move it from place to place, its a real pain when you set it up because it takes literally 20 minutes to do so. But all you have to do is turn it on when it is set up.
Support:
Im sure all of the different companies atleast talk to you...
Overall:
Well, its kind of quiet for outdoor venues and extra microphone clips came with its so im happy.
