Feature:
The product came with power cables and an adaptor, which were in perfect condition. You also get an extremely thorough instruction manual, and seperate sheets. A cd is also supplied with drivers for burning cd's on your computer, and the whole process worked without a hitch. There are seriously no features on this machine that do not have a function. I particularly liked the editing facilities, which were top-notch and very, very efficient.

Quality:
I am very pleased with the overall finish. The plastic construction is sturdy, useable on the road- unless you like to stamp on your stuff....no blemishes or loose parts on mine, Zoom even supply you with a spare set of screws in case you lose one or two, which I found very thoughtful.

Value:
Great features for a great price- worth the investment.

Desirability:
It's looks may not appeal to all, but I certainly loved the product and the intuitive features only add to this. Looks sleek, compact, runs nice & quiet, and overall is a worthy addition to any setup.

Sound:
Really great recording tool. The guitar effects are great for any style, and they are all fully customisable...same goes for all the mike stuff, bass stuff etc. Very accurate, and a real pleasure to listen to. Sounds great through and audio system. I record with my guitar, and by using the realistic drum machine & bass sim it sounds like a real band.Headphone usage is awesome too, I'm really pleased with the sound quality.

Support:
I have had no problems with the product, so I have not made use of the support- although Zoom provide a website and various help numbers. Any problems with operation can be solved by looking through the manual.

Overall:
I will use this product for a very long time, and I have no use for effects pedals now I have it.
