Sound: Crystal clear and quiet Feature: If I can get to the point of utilizing 10% of the features this offers I would be amazed! Quality: Solid piece- My Zoom 2020 has been "kicked around" for years and works perfectly- No reason to expect otherwise for this gear. Value: Got mine "Non-Factory" packaged for $550...Hello? Manufacturer Support: Hasn't been needed- The Wow Factor: Enormously practical Overall: Don't really invision a future need for "more".

Sound: Really great recording tool. The guitar effects are great for any style, and they are all fully customisable...same goes for all the mike stuff, bass stuff etc. Very accurate, and a real pleasure to listen to. Sounds great through and audio system. I record with my guitar, and by using the realistic drum machine & bass sim it sounds like a real band.Headphone usage is awesome too, I'm really pleased with the sound quality. Feature: The product came with power cables and an adaptor, which were in perfect condition. You also get an extremely thorough instruction manual, and seperate sheets. A cd is also supplied with drivers for burning cd's on your computer, and the whole process worked without a hitch. There are seriously no features on this machine that do not have a function. I particularly liked the editing facilities, which were top-notch and very, very efficient. Quality: I am very pleased with the overall finish. The plastic construction is sturdy, useable on the road- unless you like to stamp on your stuff....no blemishes or loose parts on mine, Zoom even supply you with a spare set of screws in case you lose one or two, which I found very thoughtful. Value: Great features for a great price- worth the investment. Manufacturer Support: I have had no problems with the product, so I have not made use of the support- although Zoom provide a website and various help numbers. Any problems with operation can be solved by looking through the manual. The Wow Factor: It's looks may not appeal to all, but I certainly loved the product and the intuitive features only add to this. Looks sleek, compact, runs nice & quiet, and overall is a worthy addition to any setup. Overall: I will use this product for a very long time, and I have no use for effects pedals now I have it.

Sound: The sound is clear. nothing special. Ease of Use: Takes a while to get used to. Manual isn't as clear as it should be. Quality: The built in guitar sounds are crap. A digitech pedal sounded better through the clean input than the built in sounds. The drum machine isnt very good. The kits suck except for a couple of the hiphop kits. Lots of beats. Buttons all work good. It is made well but doesnt compare to a boss. Value: Cheap and does the trick. The Wow Factor: Heavy Overall: I wouldn't buy this if you want professional sounding music. It is more of a toy.
