The unit is well put together.

Value:
For myself it was worth the price and then some.

Desirability:
Even a beginner can make cd's that will turn their girlfriend's girlfriend's heads.

Still learning, but beginning players will benefit from this unit as much as the experts.

Support:
Have never needed to contact anyone other than the user guide at this point, so can only say there is a lot of info and you just need to play with it.

Overall:
I have to say that the features and quality of this product, being the second multi-track that I have owned, make it worthy of a "10" rating.
