Feature:
This amp has an unbelievable feature set. 11 different drive types, switchable bewteen vintage and standard sounds for a total of 22 drives. Each of these drives can be easily modified using the 3 band EQ and stored for custom patches. The amp also has a built in Tuner! Additionally, the amp has 30 built-in preset "patches" like "wild fuzz", "clean lead" and "m-stack". In addition the amp has several built-in effects, like chorus, flanger and auto-wah. Lastly, the amp has built-in delay/reverb functionality. The features on this amp provide endless possibilities for exploring and finding your sound.

Quality:
I haven't had any problems with this amp. Again, I use it for practice only. The reason I only rated it an 8 is because I'm pretty sure that Zoom had to cut some corners to keep the price of this amp below $300. The comparable Line-6 amp with a less extensive feature set sells for $100 more. I would expect to pay much more for an amp with a feature set like this Zoom. It's a great buy...

Value:
Once again, the unbelievable feature set and the nice sounds make this amp an incredible value. Perfect for a beginner, or as a practice amp.

Desirability:
Admittedly, this amp isn't as cool looking as a Marshall, or Fender. But, the feature set and built-in effects make this a very desirable product.

Sound:
I recently purchased my first guitar with this amp. Although I have nothing to compare it to, I am satisfied with the sounds I get out of this amp. I use it strictly for practice.

Support:
Haven't had to deal with them.

Overall:
I have owned this amp for 2 months and have been completely satisfied with it. I still haven't explored all the possibilities with this amp.

Feature:
I've tried a lot of amps with built-in effects. This amp is by far the EASIEST to use. The only reason I didn't give it a 10 is because you can only get one or two effects at a time. Compared to Marshall, Peavey, Crate, etc, it is WAY easier---mostly because you don't need a magnifying glass on-stage to change settings in the dark!! The built-in tuner is outstanding.

Quality:
So far (1 year), no problems. Designed in Japan, built in China, sold in America. Nice fit & finish. I have a metal input jack--never had the problem others have mentioned.

Value:
Very happy with it and recommend it to others.

Desirability:
Already done.

Sound:
I bought this amp as my first practice amp. The price was a major factor (lowest price for the most features), but what really sold me was the versatility and quality of the sound. I was amazed that a little amp with only a 10-inch speaker could get so much bottom. However, a caveat: While it does model a zillion amps, I only use two of them on a regular basis. Clean (with chorus and compressor), and Fuzz (with chorus and compressor). Additionally, it sounds MUCH better with the "Power Damp" switch IN, and the master volume up. I don't actually care for the other settings much (although metal is pretty good), as they sound cheap and tinny.

Support:
N/A

Overall:
I wish they made it with a 12-inch speaker, or a companion extension cabinet with a 12 (or 2 twelves).

Feature:
Tons of effects/ most of highest quality

Quality:
Seems to have great fit and finish as well as quality materials. Stylish in black.

Value:
For the money you will not find a product that does so much so well for so little.

Desirability:
It is Techo chic without looking cluttered or confusing. Simple design with user friedly layout and controls

Sound:
Excellent sound. Love the wah phaser and slow attack effects. Acoustic sim also tasty.

Support:
Have not had to use customer support so i have no comment

Overall:
Gonna keep it forever. For now it is my main practice amp. If my needs grow I still plan on using the amp as an effects platform

Feature:
personally i bought the amp for the price with the most effects built in.pity a floor pedal didnt come with it.

Quality:
no problems so far.ive had the amp at home for messing around with really.time will tell it is still working in twenty years time.

Value:
ive had a couple of amps before from a watson to an mg dfx marshall 100,and this amp surpasses them on sounds.its also quite light.30 watts of class this amplifier is.

Desirability:
i would like to try the fender series, the vox's and others but i don't think i need to now.

Sound:
the sounds are pretty good ranging from clean tones to heavy metal and vintage sounds in between, with fully adjustable eq and buttons to alter the tone also what more could you need.one thing though the amp has a hiss when used.there is a noise reduction button for this reason but other zoom products i have owned had the hiss also.

Support:
never had to use them yet as most zoom products are pretty durable.

Overall:
a great amp for someone looking for an allrounder.down marked a couple because of the hiss.
