Quality: Product waz made well , but either in shipping or wharehousing my cymbal waz not flawless, on the outside of cymbal there waz paint that waz scratched off, that kinda sucked and i didnt have time to send it back ! Value: IN Short YES Manufacturer Support: Yes Called Zildjian about this cymbal b-4 i purchased it to see if they stood by there product!
