Sound: I am 63 years old and have been playing drums since I was 13. So I played rock and pop through the sixties and early seventies. These cymbals are great and bring back the sixties cymbal sounds. They are also very good for jazz. Feature: The set comes with a sturdy good quality cymbal bag. Ease of Use: These are very responsive cymbals and articulate well. Quality: What can you say? Zildjian are top of the line. Value: Cymbal packages usually save you money rather than buying separately. The 18" crash is an excellent bonus. Manufacturer Support: I have never dealt with the manufacturer so I can't comment. I have never needed any service for any Zildjian cymbal. The Wow Factor: I like the fact that these cymbals do not have the factory coating and will get a nice patina as they age. Eventually these will become collectibles. Overall: These will always be my mainstay and will probably last a life time with normal use and proper care.

Sound: I bought these Zildjian cymbals as an upgrade to Sabian's I was using. The guys in the band noticed right away the difference in sound. We are a variety band and do a little of everything and the cymbals respond super! Clean, precise, with a clear sound whether you are flailing away at them or just keeping beat with the ride. Feature: Hey what can I say..they are Zildjian! Can't get any better brand. Ease of Use: If you know how to play it's a no brainer..lol. Quality: These cymbals are a little more heavy than the other Zildjian's , higher brass content I guess. If you don't smash them flat they should last as long as you want them. Value: If you're like most muscians you have champagne taste and a beer budget and do the beat you can. When you can upgrade to these.. you won't be sorry. Manufacturer Support: I stated off with Zildjian cymbals back in the 60's and have used other brands at times. Always go back to the best though. The Wow Factor: Look good, sound good. Overall: Might augment the set with a china, and a rivet cymbal. If these were lost or stolen I would replace them with the same. I like the sound, don't like cleaning any cymbals..
