I ordered a blemished FULL pkg. and it was all in working ordered. I enjoyed it for one week; however had to return it because the parents wanted "a full set of keys". It was an easy return and they refunded my money. They have exceptional customer phone service. I highly recommend them and hope to do future business with them again. Thanks zZounds.

I bought a blemished unit and it was just a bit scratched and had some kind of white residue on the case and keys. Once cleaned up it looks like new. Don't expect any accessories with these units unless they specifically say so. You still need to purchase a power supply, head phones, and stand separately. Very happy so far and I use it daily, great sound for an entry level keyboard. My next one will also be a Yamaha.

I was not disappointed when using the Yamaha keyboard. My experience with Yamaha musical products is that they intend to deliver quality at a reasonable price with out major compromise. I compared the sound quality with a Casio keyboard, and I am surprised with the Yamaha in terms of its reproduction of tone on an entry-level keyboard. Hats off to Yamaha for their unwavering musical integrity. Any new player who wants to purchase an instrument that will last and perform while honing ones skills, need only to look at Yamaha for the answer.

We bought this for my 11 year old daughter. Although the description said "blemished", we cannot find anything wrong with the keyboard. The headphones are of decent quality, which is fine for an 11 year old and the stand included in this is top notch (not like the flimsy stand I had growing up). The keyboard itself has a good sound bank, although all the features/interface is alittle hard for my 11 year old to grasp right off. Overall good keyboard as you would expect from Yamaha.
