would have liked a DVD about 'how to play' and drive this instrument. had to learn by experimentation and teaching myself.

Quality:
love everything about it, it looks attractive and is very sturdy. no worst aspects.

Value:
well worth the money.

really adore the sounds this machine produces. it is sheer indulgence for me, a present to myself!

Sound:
love the quality, clarity and huge range of voices

Ease of Use:
there is soooooooo much to learn and try on this instrument. most of it has been trial and error. have spent many hours enjoying it and have lots more to learn.

Support:
only dealt with the retailers who were extremely helpful and courteous. have needed no repairs.

Overall:
more than happy with it, will keep it forever, have no desire to upgrade or change. besides i'd have to relearn all i know about using the tyros now.

Quality:
I Don't care for the Silver Plastic (Gives it a Cheap Look) It would look much better in some kind of real wood enclosure or at least done in a high gloss Black Finish, But the Sound is unbelievable, the sound is what sold me Not it's appearence.

Value:
I also have the PSR-3000 and it is every bit as good as the Tyros and at less then half the price.

Desirability:
The Cheap Silver Look has to go, (My Thoughts) it's ease of use is Outstanding and the Sound is Second to no other keyboard out there, The lights let you know where your at all the time, Thats Cool, I still think if this keyboard was available in High Gloss Black Finish, More would sell just because of the appearence.

Sound:
Just a Dream Machine, I have been playing since 1961 and this is the most enjoyable Keyboard I have ever had the pleasure of Playing, When You start playing this Tyros You just can't stop, I have added a 40GB Hard Drive and now there is not limit to Styles and Voices You can store on the Drive, EXCELLENT!!, EXCELLENT!! I LOVE MY TYROS !! Thanks Yamaha

This Keyboard is layed out so nice even my 11 Year Old Grandaughter had no trouble finding all kinds of wonderful sounds.

It will be Very Hard to Find a keyboard that can out perform this one, Like I said before I'm 67 Years Old and have been a performing Musician since 1961, This is just the best Keyboard ever Produced.

Every are Yamaha has it all in the TYROS I have had mine for 3 years and there is nothing that comes close to this

Feature:
The major problem with the Tyros system is , it doesn't come with speakers. It sells them separately. They are 2 monitor speakers and a subwoofer the TRS-MS01 package.

Quality:
The quality of the keyboard and the separate accessories is VERY professional. They are made for rough usage. The only problem I found with the system is the plugin harness that comes with the TRS-MS01 is fragile and the RCA plug can snap off very easily.

Value:
I don't know what system would give you quite the number of packages and MIDI compatability that this keyboard has. With the mega sound system it recreates sounds VERY closely to the original. You can add a harddrive to the system up to 40GB. The BIOS system can be updated with software supplied with the system.

Desirability:
The sheer look of the machine when you turn it on and the lights and the LCD lighted screen comes up is just awsome! It suggest to you that this can do almost whatever you want it to.

Sound:
The Mega sound systen is MUCH closer to the real thing than any other keyboard or sampling device. It ROCKS!

Support:
The technical people are easy to talk to and willing to help you through any problems.

Overall:
I will keep this Tyros system until I wear it out. With the system's professional, rugged keyboard I feel it wil be quite awhile before it quits on me.
