Feature:
I bought it on sale and it was out of box as a demo, so not many extras came with it except they did give me the Yamaha Survival Kit, which is great and the manual and power sourch
Quality:
It's solid as a rock, well made, and I have carried it around with no problems. Still looks great, although I take care of it. I don't know any other product offers all the great features of the PSR550 at such a reasonable price. I may "upgrade" someday, but this one's a keeper...I won't sell it...it's my "good luck charm"!
Value:
One of Yamaha's best kept secrets.
Desirability:
It's sexy alright, with the colorful display that changes colors when you need a menu, or rotates the colors if you let it sit a while. It's easy to navigate I love the wheel, and black is my color. I would buy it again!
Sound:
In it's price range, I would have to say the best. I am mainly a guitar player who plays a little keyboard, and I bought this after hearing someone use it at an open mike. I couldn't believe this small keyboard made such big sounds. Realistic sounds, from rock, to country, even a bluegrass that blew me away. When I found out it had 16 track recording I knew I had to have it. You can't find that in this price range! This keyboard taught ME! It's intuitive, and when you're searching for the right sound it would "help me out" by blending just the right instrument. I love to write songs, and this has been the perfect keyboard for me without spending thousands of dollars.
Ease of Use:
As I said earlier, This machine IS intuitive, and I found it leading me to better and better sounds, which helped me to be more creative! It works great to jam with other musicians and everyone is impressed by what I've accomplished!
Support:
Never had a problem.
Overall:
I might supplement, but can't replace my "good luck charm"
