just boughtt this from zzounds. yamahas two claims are the graded hammer thingy, and their awt, the wave technology. this one has it, like the ones that cost hndreds more. the piano sound and feel are wonderful..ive been playing 58 years. for some of my work, i play a clavinova digital grand....this sounds as good. keys quiet.. this is a no frill unit. 10 voices, metronome, just a couple goodies..but i want a digital piano, not an orchestra.. for the price, it may be the best value on the market currently.

This is an awesome piano. I have had several Yamaha digital pianos, including the digital grand I currently use. Yamaha is top notch. I was looking for a digital piano with real piano key feel to put in my office to practice on, and this piano is incredible.Thank you zZounds and Yamaha for such great quality and service.

I'm no pianist. I play guitar, drums and sing. I got this for my daughter and she loves it. I have played on it some just learning and it plays great and sounds great. I have no complaints about this product at all. I definitely recommend it! And as always through zZounds!

"Best Digital Piano in it's class!"

I've had this for over a week now and absolutely love it and I'm more than satisfied. This is my second Yamaha Digital keyboard and it's an upgrade from my old 61 key that still works great. Yamaha Keyboards are built to last and are state of the art and this one feels and sounds like a much more expensive grand piano plus has other great sounds!

I read the reviews for this keyboard, and I listened to a demo on the Yamaha site. My keyboard sounds nothing like the demo on the Yamaha site. The first time I ordered this keyboard, the sound was so bad, I thought it had a blown speaker and sent it back for replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement also sounded bad, muddy in low registers, and no depth in the higher registers. I called and spoke to a rep at zZounds, and they suggested getting an external speaker. I spent another $100.00 on external speakers, and am still really unhappy with the sound of this keyboard. Also, insult to injury, the weighted key action is pretty inconsistent.Unfortunately, my 45 day return period is over, so I think I am stuck with it.

I've been a recreational piano player for 25 years. I enjoy classical, gospel and ragtime.
