Feature:
the vibrating pad is awesome! just reach over and touch the pad, and you can keep your eyes on the band, or what is going on. Subdivided volume controls are great. Midi connection captures rhythms from sequencers, etc. 2 line outs for headphones or to mix in your monitors...too much to describe

Quality:
I have seen nothing to make me rate quality any less than a 10

Value:
pricey, but comparable to the competition (tama, boss, etc.) and this is an item you should only have to buy once

Desirability:
I wanted it pretty bad...every musician should have a metronome, and this is perfect for drummers.

Sound:
the click sounds are a good frequency to cut through background and band noise...even to hear over your snare drum!

Support:
Yamaha is tops.

Overall:
there would have to be a pretty killer product to make me trash this one. Only bad thing is that you have to buy a power supply seperately. It runs off of 3 AAA batteries fine.

Feature:
I like the fact you can wear headphones with it and plug in an outside source like a Cd player. Can't really see much point in the vibration. If you miss a beat your not going to stop playing to reach over and touch the vibration pad. They need to throw in the adapter for the price.

Quality:
Find it very light. Thought it would be a little more heavy.

Value:
Could be cheaper.

Sound:
It's nice and loud very distinctive.

Overall:
This should carry anybody through a lifetime of use. I really only needed a basic metronome but as I progress the use of the whole metronome will come into play so I wont have to run out and spend more on another metronome.

Style of Music: Marching Band

Feature:
The vibration is good for a music tech on the feild so they can hold the metronome and know the beat if they cant here it over the drumline.

Sound:
The sound is great for MARCHING BAND. Everyone complains about the beep but it is perfect for marching band.

Feature:
The features are not bad--except that for $139 I would expect the unit to come with several different choices of clicks. I would also expect to receive the AC adapter as part of the package instead of having to buy it separately.

Quality:
For the money paid, I would expect something that feels more solid, and not made with such flimsy and cheap plastic. This thing feels as though it could rattle itself apart.

Value:
No. This is one of the more expensive metronomes out there, but I do not believe it is one of the best.

Desirability:
Again, the sounds are a real turn-off.

Sound:
It's called the ClickStation--but it doesn't click! It beeps! What good is *that* when you're playing an instrument that generates a discernable pitch, as opposed to, say, playing drums? Further, the sound has such a loud and horrible high frequency element to it that it's impossible to listen to it through headphones without getting a headache almost immediately. Yamaha really dropped the ball on the sound in this item.

Support:
I'm planning on returning the unit.

Overall:
I'm returning this and buying the Boss DB-88.
