"Excellent modern sounding amp"

Sound
This amp has a very modern, clean sound. The compressor affects the gain stage, so if you wish to push this amp to it's limits, you must use the onboard compressor. However, you can leave it on and dialed to zero, (where it essentially functions as a very transparent peak limiter), and run your own compressor separately. Caveat Emptor, I use an excellent DI on the front end of this amp that has a different eq voicing, so the combination of that and the eq section of this amp give me what I want sound wise.
Features
I love the dual channels, the independent mutes, and the very useful eq section. My only gripe is that it uses a single speakon style output in the back (which can run regular 1/4 inch speaker cables too). This isn't truly crucial, as running two cabs off the one output is easily done with any modern cabs. I like the small size, light weight, and unique "old school stereo equipment" vibe this amp brings.
Ease of Use
Very easy to use, simple eq section, no-nonsense inputs and outputs, tons of headroom.
Quality
It feels solid, I've gigged it regularly for a year now with no failures of any kind. It has a fan that is quiet and functions appropriately. I can see this thing lasting at least 4 more years, and likely longer.
Value
This amp is an excellent value in it's price range, especially when compared with some of the other large retailer solid state amps in it's class.
Manufacturer Support
I've not yet had to use any customer service from Warwick. The manual is an easy read, though.
The Wow Factor
It's a great looking, easy to use, excellent sounding piece of equipment. It's gotten some negative press on a certain popular bass forum, but I've found that most of those gripes just don't have much weight to them.

"Amazing amp "

Really love this amp. I have always been a solid state guy and the last few years a class d guy. Before this amp I was playing the little mark II bass head. Great head but it's got nothing on the lwa. The comp on the mark vs the lwa is way different. Found the comp on the mark colored my tone to much I never even used it. Also felt like the mark when you really pushed it did not have a ton of clarity. The lwa 1000 is by far the clearest sounding solid state amp I have played on really lets you dial in and bring the thunder like non other. Love the duel channels slows me to have a nice not overpowering tone on one, and a balls to the wall on the other. Love the fact it has aux and headphone jacks makes a it great for brushing up or warming up before gigs, or just great for practicing at home and playing with eq stuff

"Not as advertised"

This amp is OK but not what it is advertised to be. Contrary to what the videos say, it is not the only Class D amp on the market to provide the wattage advertised. It has that harsh solid state sound that some of the other companies overcome by using hybrid (Tube/Solid State technology). It does have some nice features. The dual channels are very niece. The EQ is very nice because they kept it simple. I also like the compression. It seems like most Bass Amp makers have gotten away from adding compression in the last 10 years. All in All it isn’t a bad amp/sound but Warwick really over hyped it. The advertisement makes it sound like it has the best sound out there in the Class D market and it simply is not true. You can find better by doing your research and trying one out. I bought one because of the advertisement and was pretty excited about the dual channels. (I like to play 2 guitars during a performance) but was very disappointed by its, sound. I guess I can always use a $799.00 practice amp.
