Sound: I just plugged it in last night and I was blown away! I still have a lot to learn and this is my first electric guitar so take my opinion for what it's worth. Feature: The body is very solid and balanced. One of the knobs does not seem to do much. Ease of Use: I was very impressed when I started hitting some chords. I played a few licks from some solos and I was truly amazed at the sound. Quality: It's very glossy and looks sharp. Value: I was looking at a few other guitars and was afraid I would have buyer's remorse. That quickly went away when I plugged in. I had been looking at the Epiphone Les Paul and a Fender. Manufacturer Support: I have not needed to contact Washburn at this point. The Wow Factor: The blue was not as dark as the picture. Overall: I won't buy another guitar for awhile. To be honest, I have been a KISS fan my whole life so that lead me to this guitar. If I had the disposable cash, I would not shy away from another Washburn.
