Feature:
It came with a gig back that was a piece of junk, but that's it.
Quality:
The fit and finish seem superb to me. Tuning machines are smooth, the finish is unbelievable (I have the red one), and it seems solid.
Value:
I'm certain that a $1000 Martin/Fender/Gibson would sound a little better, but for the money, this guitar is amazing. I've had it for a year already, and I'm sure I'll be playing it for many more.
Desirability:
I was playing in the bleachers before my son's Little League game and one of the moms stopped to listen and said, "What a beautiful guitar." That says it all, I think.
Sound:
I think it sounds great. I haven't played a lot of expensive guitars, but to my relatively untrained ear, it's a beautiful sound.
Ease of Use:
The action seemed good right out of the box. No problems at all.
Support:
Not necessary yet.
Overall:
I'll keep this guitar for years (and not just because my wife says no more guitars). It's inexpensive enough to replace easily (although Washburn doesn't list it on their website anymore), but still provides excellent sound, easy playability and good looks.
