Sound: The Washburn provides a great acoustic experience. The sound is pleasantly harmonic with just enough buzz to stimulate your musical pleasure. I don't play hard core metal, so this guitar is perfect for my tastes. Feature: The cutaway body is great. The preamp provides just enough power for small gigs and home play. Quality: This high of quality is hard to find in such an affordable guitar. Love my Washburn. Value: ABSOLUTELY THE BEST GUITAR FOR THE PRICE. NO COMPARISOn. Also with zZound's price matching guarantee, you can't go wrong. Manufacturer Support: I ordered the guitar with a next day delivery. I had some trouble getting my credit card to process, and missed the delivery cutoff for the day. The staff at zZounds went the extra mile and put the order in anyway and it was shipped the same day. I received the product the next day. The staff was also friendly and helpful. No problems to date. Let's hope it stays that way The Wow Factor: I wanted it....so I got it. VERY PLEASED!!!! Overall: I will be satisfied with this product until I can find another one that provides me with better quality for a comparable price......I won't hold my breath.

Sound: The sound which is produced from this wooden spectacular is of a magnificent glow. It's smooth, warm, delectable sounds leave your jaw in the open position. Is a must have for any lowly financial being. Feature: It's incredible features include: cutaway for those rock n' roll demons who need an acoustic in which can handle their devil dancin' solo rifs; a solid spruce top for anyone who is completely against the shiot laminates these big name brands are producing these days; electronics for those guitarists born to be stars on the big stage; and a rosewood fretboard for those slippery fingers y'all masters of the "art" have. Quality: The quality is great for such an inexpensive product. Usually it's hard to find a solid spruce top with a cutaway and electronics that won't burn a hole in your pocket! hahhahahaha! But seriously people , it's of the finest in it's class. Value: Great price compared to competitor's guitars in same range. Purrrrrr-fect! Manufacturer Support: The service people I had to deal with were terrible. They consistently ignored my phone calls and e-mails. I was uncertain as to something that pertained to the manual, and it took me 6 weeks for a reply. Horrible service. The Wow Factor: The "sex appeal" of this guitar is of utter magnificence. I gotta tell ya, when I put this beauty around my neck the women came flocking to my accountance. Now, I use it as an article of clothing when I go out. It's that "sexy". Overall: Overall, the beaut will be my top priority until someone beats it's bang for the buck. If any other competitors top this guitars quality for price, that's when I dump it. But do you belive that will be happening anytime soon? haha, me neither!

Sound: has a great resonant sound but i had to replace the strings that came with it for thomastik-infeld ac110 to get the best out of it acoustically Feature: the previous guitar i had was a yamaha fg420la which was a robust guitar but had a very high action which decreased its playability the washburn was just right Quality: the product seemed to be made to a good standard although the cable to the pickup had come unglued and needed to be re affixed Value: absolutly Manufacturer Support: i have had no difficulties with this product The Wow Factor: i initially didnt warm to its appearance as i was looking for something sexier but after trying the other guitars it was the best sounding and easiest to play in the shop for the money Overall: look - this is a great guitar - if you want a great guitar at a budget price that will develop you as a musician then you dont need to look further. i will be keeping this for a good long time
