Unbelievably smooth tone! exactly what my effect chain was missing. I can easily change delay timing without bending over in the middle of a song (or set.) This is prestine studio quality sound ready for the live venue.

Musical Background:

"Nice delay pedal but making a white noise"

One of the best sounding delay pedal that I have. The built quality is good like my other Wampler pedals. Only problem is that is that pedal is making a noise whenever Tap Tempo (right LED on the pedal) blinks. I cannot stop the blinking on the pedal because it is automatic. I contacted Wampler (no response) and Zzounds support (responded once but no follow up) so I am returning the pedal.

Musical Background:

I play guitar, bass, drum and keyboard on and off for 30 years.

"Cool pedal but too noisy "

Overall: 0.5 out of 5 stars

I bought this on a recommendation from a friend. And to his credit, it is a really cool pedal. It simulates the old Tape Echos and the Tap tempo feature is sweet. Now for the big BUT... The deleted/decaying signal has has a microphonic sounding distortion associated with it. As the sound fades away, it kinda buzzes. I called Wampler, but the Technician was too busy recording a Podcast to talk to me. I was told he would call me back, but it never happened. I returned the pedal and zZounds took it back... No questions asked
