Feature:
Tons of features, whether they are all usable is debatable, but for what I am going to use it for, (small gigs and weddings) it is perfect.
This thing should be sold with the foot controller though. You have to buy it separate and it is the only controller that will work with it.
Quality:
All the screws that hold this thing together were loose when I pulled it out of the box. I think they cut cost on this version. also the line out for headphone/recording is just a 1/8 inch jack now. How hard would it have been to keep the 1/4 inch. The jack seems really cheap like if I push my head phones in to hard I am going to push through the pannel on the amp. Really lame that they did this. The AD series all had normal 1/4 line out jacks.
Value:
yes overall this thing sound great, is not overpriced and has tons of features.
Sound:
Sounds really good, for a small amp. The vintage and boutique tones sound better than the high gain stuff. The high gain stuff is to fizzy. I have been playing semi professionally for 22 years, This things sounds amazing for the price, and has as many features as you would need.
Ease of Use:
Now that I know how to use it it is not bad, but I actually(heaven forbid)had to read the manual to be able to grasp all the features. Little bit of a learning curve to adjust effects parameters, but not to bad.
Support:
no, haven't dealt with them
