Great for the price. Neck is decent, and quite playable. Electronics are nothing to write home about, but acceptable, considering the really low price. I chose to put heavier-guaged flat wound strings on this, and tune in down to a GDAE Octave Mandolin tuning.....I'm quite happy with it.

My uke came with sloppy neck to body contact. The screws were loose and could not be tightened because the holes in the neck were drilled too large. This caused the neck to lift from the pocket under the tension of the strings and it was impossible to tune because of this. Even without that issue, the uke wouldn't have been playable out if the box because it had the highest action I have ever seen. As long as you know how to set up your instrument, this is not a big deal. I did give 5 stars for it's features because it has more than your standard ukulele. I'm not saying I do not recommend this product...maybe this issue is unique to my instrument and maybe you will have better luck. After chatting with customer service about an exchange, they said they are unable to quality inspect their instruments before sending them out. That to me sounds bizarre because if they took the time to do this, customers like me wouldn't be inconvenienced by being sent poor quality instruments. I paid to have this next day and now I have to wait 3-5 business days for an email that has a return label that I have to print the repackage the item and drop it off at a ups store. And once they receive the instrument, I then get my money back. I spoke with a guy named Nathan from customer service and he was very nice. I will give them that. But just be aware this may be an issue you have if you buy this.
