Sound: the sound is good, can't complain there. when a song is loaded the basic controls (play, pause, stop, next, etc...) work. I'm not an audiophile though, just a computer tech, I was just trying to get the thing to work for a client. Quality: the product is made terribly. It runs on top of .net framework 3.0 which in itself isnt so bad, but if there's any problems with that the software wont work. It has rediculous video requirements for an audio program. It's slow, seems to have no error catching (crashed on me when the system drive got full, crashes when having to scan too many songs, leaves no error codes). I think it might have been a highschool intern's project. go open source, save yourself. It fails to properly read many idv3 tags from cdg zip files too (there is plenty of software out there that has no problem doing this and you can get it for free). this makes it near impossible to make a proper song list when you have almost 300GBs of karaoke music. If you have this software and are trying to make one of those printed books to hand out to people who want to do karaoke, the software only uses the default printer, does not allow you to choose a printer, and does not export to a pdf or some other convenient virtual format, so get a pdf printer (i use cute pdf). While it was making the print-list it kept running into "arithmatic exception errors". amature Value: save yourself the headache and time and just burn $100 dollars Manufacturer Support: so support. they take your money and run The Wow Factor: I suppose the interface was intended to be for DJ's but they really dropped the ball on how it functions. It doesn't auto fill the screen or remember dimensional settings between runs (in my case kept seeing the desktop background after restarting the program after I had manually resized the panels to fill the screen) Close/minimize are not in the top right corner (even though those buttons are in the right place in the other software "red mobile") and there is no single menu listing all options or functions (not even a Help-About to show the version and company contact info, i guess they don't want to be bothered). The PDF Help file does not address any of the issues that people are going to have with this. as for sex appeal, you will not get laid if you show off this software that for sure Overall: we already have found alternatives. we don't plan on using it at all because it is unusable.
