Feature:
Poor design - you can't fold up the stand with the clamps for the 2nd tier attached. Too much wobble while playing.
Quality:
The parts you grab to adjust the height of the stand are made of flimsy plastic and cheapo springs. This is a real Achilles heel for the unit.
Value:
The V-Stand may be fine for you, but if you are an experienced, steady gigger, you'll probably want to look further. The Apex, also by USS, is much better in most respects.
Desirability:
The "I want it" factor is very strong. It's once you actually use it that the sex appeal vanishes. Imagine meeting an incredible-looking girl and finding out that she sounds exactly like your mother.
Ease of Use:
If you don't mind the wobble and don't use the 2nd tier, the music stand, or the mic stand, the set-up is very easy.
Support:
Although I have not yet attempted to contact USS, other reviews on other sites indicate that they are abyssmal in terms of support.
Overall:
I'm disappointed. The stand is not solid-feeling enough. The accessories also have various drawbacks. (Who would be so cheap as to make a bag for a product that doesn't have a single pocket?)
