"One heck of a great Keyboard stand on stage and Off."

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
When I was looking for a stand I had to do alot of research I really care about my equipment. Then find one that was super sturdy I'd freak out if my MOOG fell of because the stand was to light weight this stand stores all the parts in its self you open the end pull out the keyboard supports clip them in and never worry you can count on the stand to do its job you can bump it and noting will come lose. or fall off its a great stand after looking at literally more than 100 stands I'm so happy I bought this one.
Features
QUick to set up very sturdy wholes my MOOG Voyager and Korg Triton key board with no problems. I never have to worry about it wiggling or my equipment falling its a great value also.
Ease of Use
The arms that support your keyboards are stored in the top of the stand they just slide out you hook them on and your ready to go so easy and the stand is supper strong.
Quality
its soild metal very thick not that cheezy thin stuff it built to last.
Value
its a bargin at the price its sold for you get a super heavy duty stand thats reliable and looks good to.
Manufacturer Support

The Wow Factor

This stand has not only met my needs over the years, but has been easy to modify right from the beginning of it's production. You can add other sets of tri-bars,,longer sets of tri-bars, adaptor for a mic boom, and I hear that it comes in silver and blue now as well as the black standard color.
Features
Came with the mic-boom adaptor. You can put any boom you want on the Ultimate Support adaptor. Very user friendly
Ease of Use
Should have come with a better handle in the center of the stand to carry it. I drilled and mounted a solid handle about a year after I bought it,,,which was the first version sold back in 1987.
Quality
Fit and finish were fine. Got a few scratches on it from 20 years of use and Ultimate has stood behind the lifetime warranty over the years with no questions asked.
Value
Paid $149.99 back in 1987,,,that was a good deal then. Over the years I bought the longer tri-bar arms and mount for a fair price and this unit can't be beat,,even after 20 years of gigging.
Manufacturer Support
Since the company is still around,,,it helps. Made a few calls over the years,,always got free parts shipped from the warranty.
The Wow Factor
Classic column stand ease of use and it still looks cool after all these years. Next time you see someone playing keys live or on TV,,you'll probably see this stand being used.
