These drums are easy on the hands, sound very good, and look pro on stage. The first time I played them at a club, everyone complimented them. If you like to play them sitting like I do, purchase a set of Meinl Rubber Conga Risers. In conclusion, I love the tone and play-ability of these drums.

Bought these to play in our church's praise team. They really add a terrific sound and for the price are well made (i.e., they appear to be made with care and quality). I am new to playing the congas, so I don't know why difference would be made in using more expensive drums, but these are terrific. I was a little leery of the color (amber), but it looks terrific, and the finish is flawless. The heads, however, are another matter - while they sound terrific, the 11" drum has a head that looks like it came from the worst part of the cow!

These are so much more than you expect! The logo that says "Synergy" says "Toca" instead. The Toca logo is printed on the heads and they sound great! I recommend the Bahama Blue set. Great viberant color. More so than the picture. Sturdy stand too.
