when making arrangements it Saves me hours of routine playing bass/drums/guitar/keyboard parts on the synth... . choose a style, type in the chords, record the melody... then export into MIDI-file, do final editing and sound research from within Sonar/cakewalk/logic audio/performer.... import MIDI in Encore, Sibelius or Finale if you need a nice score.. Life is just beautiful...
like a style ? print the piano part and start practising it... same with guitar, same with bass, same with soloing... don't like something ? choose something else... Its only 'danger' is the tons of free lead sheets of all kinds of standards and tunes you'll find on the net... lot's of mistakes in it... be cautious not to take these for the bible... I love this program and the philosophy at PG-music . Very musician minded !

Excellent product for someone who does not know how to play keyboards but still would like to create "MIDI-like" files of their own.

However, software lacks polish of better quality programs. For example, you can make changes to a file and exit from the software without being asked if you want to save your changes. Also, very difficult to enter SPECIFIC melody notes via computer mouse. You may want a quarter note with a tie to another quarter note but the program is going to give you what it wants.

Style of Music: Jazz and Ska

This a very cool music program that can teach you to improvise like a mad man if you use it right. It will run you threw any changes in any style of music. The only thing i dont like is that some of the midis are not that high quality. If your looking to find a good teaching program then this is for you.
