Sound: It was quiet, dead quiet, as in, it didn't work. Hard to write a review on the TC-4 foot controller, as it never functioned as it should have. Feature: The TC foot controller is supposed to give you on the floor control over the TC RH750's presets, and a mute button, and a tuner display. All cool features to go with the cool features on the TC amp head. Ease of Use: Super simple, plug it in and the amp powers the foot controller. Three preset buttons and a mute, tuner display is always on. If it had worked it would have been great. Quality: Looked well made and well designed with a nice long cord. Value: If you get a TC amp head, you would want to use this. It puts the tuner and mute and preset control at your feet. Manufacturer Support: Here's why I bothered to write a review on a product that didn't work. Zzounds service was stellar. I used the online form to request a return, and two hours later I had a prepaid return shipping label by email. I packed up the controller in the original packing material and box, wrapped it in brown paper so the tape wouldn't mess up the TC labeled box, slapped the label on and dropped it at the UPS store. Done. I got regular updates on my order/return status and a full refund to my credit card. I didn't have to mess around with TC Electronics, Zzounds .com took care of everything.
