Sound:
This is by far the best reverb unit I have found. I did allot of research - over months. The pedal is totally transparent - zero noise - and the reverb sounds from plate to spring to church (which was my #1 reason for buying) I love that deep cathedral reverb sound. I use it as the end pedal in the chain and use a digital delay right before. So pedal chain is tuner to compressor to (4) differnet overdrives to fuzz to vibrato to chorus to tremelo to small spring reverb to digital reverb to anlog delay to digtial delay to Nova Reverb. From this pedal chain I an achieve about any sound I want - it was a long search for the perfect sound setup. One of my best investments was the the Nova Reverb. Yes - this is 2 pedal boards worth of pedals. But, I think you can get the same result with fewer. Quality pedals are the key - for me its TC, Maleko, Love Pedal, Fulltone, BMF, ZVEX(marginal on the zvex). Big fan of LovePedal and TC.
Feature:
Came with power supply. The TC Nova Reverb is rich with options - the plate reverb sounds are amazing - this pedal really does offer studio quality level in a stomp pedal. Super hi-quality build - really durable.
Ease of Use:
This pedal is plug and play - no learning curve - you just move through the differnet reverbs - I was just amazed that each one is such a high quality sound and doesn't dampen or effect the input. The Nova just enhances the sound of any pedal in the pedal chain used before it. Again, place this pedal in the final position just before going into your amp.
Quality:
The pedal is solid - well made and very high quality - no flaws no fit or finish issues. If it broke I would by another in second. I can't imagine it will break - its too well built.
Value:
In my opinion this is the best value in reverb pedals on the market. Rack qulaity reverb in a stomp box. Be careful with reverb pedals - cheaper and some more expensive units can rob some sound quality and output. This is by far the only pedal worth considering and a very fair price considering what you will hear when you plug it in.
Manufacturer Support:
I have not had any problems and no reason to contact TC. But, I did study their website before the purchase and watched lots of youtube videos and sound demos. TC has a very rich site - worth visiting.
The Wow Factor:
The aesthetic is a little dated - but, I don't really care when it sounds this fantastic. The stage is dark so as long as the lights are bright and clear I am a happy player. Its easy to read and see whats on and off. So, no complaints from me. I went with this pedal for the sound - I have allot of pedals and its all about the sound not the box its in.
Overall:
This is a keeper - it looks like it will last forever. I would buy antother in a heart beat if this one disappeared.
